Sporting Chance clubs
We are pleased to announce the return of Sporting Chance / Football and Dance. These sessions are held straight after school at St John the Baptist Primary School.
The sessions will last for 10 weeks during Term Time only and the cost for these 10 sessions is £20.00. Each child will receive a plaque/medal and two lucky children at the end of the course will receive a trophy in their own age category. Please make cheques payable to Sporting Chance. You will be notified, via text of your child’s placement on the course.
Qualified coaches have undergone rigorous child protection and police safety checks and these coaches will hold each session. Children will be required to come equipped with indoor and outdoor PE kit plus a drink.
Tuesday – Dance
3.20pm-4.20pm Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Thursday – Football
3.20pm-4.20pm Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Gardening Club
Gardening Club runs on a Monday from 3.15pm – 4.30pm with Miss Nugent and Mrs Evans.
Children will make seed pots and get our outdoor areas ready.
Children will be involved in digging and tidying the garden, allotment and orchard.
Parents helpers are also greatly appreciated!

Fun Club
Fun Club runs after school on a Wednesday until 4.30pm. It is open to years 5 & 6 and is all about the children having fun while learning basic biblical values such as kindness, respect, friendship and perseverance. Each week is different and we use a mix of songs, games, stories, craft activities and multimedia.
