Autumn 1 - All About Me
We have had a lovely first half term learning about ourselves and where we live. The children have joined in with lots of activities to explore their senses and to learn about different body parts. The highlight of our half term was our trip to Hardwick Park! We went on an autumn walk, had lunch in the woods and then played in the play park. Everyone loved the big slide!
Autumn 2 - Bright Lights Big City
The second half of the autumn term has certainly been busy and full of fun! We have celebrated Bonfire Night by making rockets and firework pictures. Our trip to Tweddle Farm started off our Christmas celebrations and was a big hit with everyone! We enjoyed a tractor ride where we got to see all of the animals on the farm. Also, we visited Santa Claus and got to choose a present from his workshop. Some of the children enjoyed a trip to the theatre to see Jack and the Beanstalk. We are looking forward to a rest and look forward to returning to school in 2026.
