SEND Unit Provision at St John's
Parents and carers can express a preference for a specific type of setting, such as a SEND Unit, as part of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process. This is typically discussed during annual reviews or when an EHCP needs assessment is being carried out. The Council will consider the child’s needs, parental preference, and the suitability of the provision when making placement decisions.
