We have had such a lovely start to the school year and been so busy learning about our autumn topic. We have investigated the colours in leaves, created autumn themed paintings, looked at animals that hibernate and cooked pumpkin soup, pumpkin pie, bramble crumble and honey biscuits! During our daily class worships we have been thinking about all the things that we are thankful to God for. We have also been learning about the importance of Harvest, and Reverend Jennie kindly lead one of our class worships about the Festival Harvest. Another highlight to the half term was World Mental Health Day which saw the children work with Kidz R fit Hoopstarz. The children behaved brilliantly, listened well and demonstrated some amazing hula hooping skills!
